Comprehensive Workshop For Becoming an All-Rounded Leader-Manager
In this workshop, you will learn how to become an effective leader and manager in your organization. Learning managerial and leadership skills is so transferable you can use in any industry and at any stage of your career.
This hands-on workshop will introduce you to critical skillsets: communication skills, how to motivate and inspire, how to resolve conflicts, how to understand and apply the various leadership styles, the difference between leadership and management, how to read people and understand their behaviour and personalities.
In short, you will get to experience a 360-degree perspective on what it takes to be an impactful leader and manager. This course is structured using spiral learning and social learning methodologies, and embedded with case studies, facilitation, games, role play, and experiential learning systems.
